We are delighted to share that Deputy Leader of the Opposition Councillor Gary Hackwell was presented with his British Empire Medal at an investiture ceremony held at Knole in Sevenoaks last week. 

The ceremony was led by the Lord Lieutenant of Kent on behalf of HM The King.
