Rede Common Community Clean Up

On Saturday morning Councillor Mark Joy got stuck in and attended the Rede Common Community Clean Up - organised by the Friends of Rede Common.

Large amount of rubbish were cleared to the areas to the rear of properties in Hyacinth Road backing onto the common.

Medway Conservatives Appalled at Announcement on Proposed Stroke Services

Following a period of consultation undertaken earlier this year by the NHS in Kent and Medway, Medway Conservatives are horrified and bitterly disappointed at the announcement that it is now proposed that new 24/7 hyper acute stroke services will not be located here in Medway.

 

Rochester and Strood Conservtives Fighting Litter

Conservative Councillors and team members (of all ages!) are taking part in both organised and impromptu community clear-ups/ litter-picks in their wards across Rochester and Strood. 

Jobs Fair Success!

Last Friday saw the return of the annual Chatham Jobs Fair to the Pentagon shopping centre. Conservative Councillors were, as ever, delighted to support this initiative. Councillor Jane Chitty, Portfolio Holder for Economic Growth, was pictured meeting with some of the exhibitors.
