Celebrating Medway's Community Groups

Over the past few days Councillor Jan Aldous of Rainham Central has had the pleasure of meeting with two excellent prominent community groups in Rainham, both of which do so much to benefit their local area. 

Funds to Support Youth Football in Rainham North

Councillor Martin Potter and fellow candidate for Rainham North, Kirstine Carr, are delighted to be supporting the youth football teams of Rainham Kenilworth FC who are based at Cozenton Park in Rainham.

Labour Group Do Not Support Grammar Schools In Medway

At last night's meeting of Medway Council the Conservative Group were disappointed, yet unsurprised, to see every single member of the Labour Group abstain from the vote to pass a motion brought forward by Cllr. Martin Potter.

Sun Shines on Excellent English Festival!

An amazing day was had by all who attended this Saturday's English Festival, held at Riverside Country Park. The turnout was huge (perhaps the best ever!) and the activities, stalls and entertainment were made all the better by the spring sunshine.
