Councillors Perfect and Anang attend launch of 27 new affordable homes in Rainham

Last week Councillors Perfect and Anang visited the launch of twenty-seven new affordable homes in Rainham. Medway Council alongside Moat Homes are pleased that this project will provide genuinely affordable homes to families in Medway, the site at Kershaw Grove will house 14 families currently living in temporary accommodation giving much needed housing security and a permanent home to those families. The twenty-seven new homes provide a safe, modern and sustainable environment for families to live.

Commenting on the launch Councillor George Perfect said

“It was great to attend the launch of twenty-seven new homes at Kershaw Grove in Rainham, the three-bedroom spacious homes will provide space for a warm family environment for Medway Residents at an affordable price, I wish the residents moving into their new home all the best for the future.”
